About us
Who are we?
Stay Warm Insulation Ltd. (SWI) was founded in 2017 by building expert, David Couto, who has over 20+ years’ experience in the building industry, and entrepreneur, Imer Ibishi.
Over the years, the SWI team has seen the building sector increasingly place emphasis on the importance of energy efficiency and sustainability, driving rapid innovations in product-related technology including the emergence of new high-performance insulating materials.
SWI exclusively specialises in the installation of high-performance polyurethane Spray Foam Insulation, External Wall Insulation, and Internal Wall Insulation in domestic properties and commercial buildings across London and the South-East of England.
SWI is PAS2030-19 and TrustMark licenced/certified.

Local Authority Delivery scheme
In 2020, £500 million funding was allocated to local authorities to the Local Authority Delivery (LAD) scheme to improve the energy efficiency of low income and low energy performance households, as part of the UK government’s Green Homes Grant, which closed in 2021.
Phase 2 of the LAD scheme allocated £300 million to Local Net Zero Hubs across the UK, which are currently working with local authorities to reduce fuel poverty and boost the country’s commitment to net zero by 2050. We support this scheme to help cut down on your energy bills by offering energy-efficient solutions, such as EWI.
ECO4 scheme
We also back the Energy Company Obligation (ECO4), another UK government energy efficiency scheme which came into force in July 2022 covering a period of four years, which is designed to tackle fuel poverty, help cut carbon emissions and deliver heating and energy efficient measures to households across the country.
It works by placing a Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO) on medium and large energy suppliers, who must improve measures to help low-income, fuel-poor and vulnerable households heat their homes.
